This national chain of repair shops will specialize in repairing today’s automobiles and light trucks along with doing full conversions to any car or truck to being a zero polluting vehicle. Going to zero polluting is not as hard as it sounds. In Japan Honda has done some testing stacking 3 catalytic converters in a row in the exhaust stream and found the exhaust had zero pollutants. I will need to find that study and refer you to it, this is something I once saw on a TV news report in something like 2002 and have never heard about it again.

In any case, this means of pollution reduction most likely will be our standard means to make our costumers vehicles zero polluters. From here people may choose to make their car totally electric or a hybrid or what ever. We do not expect our main income to come from these conversions. We most likely will gain our income from general repairs cars and trucks so often need, like failed water pumps, starters going out and so on.

Above and beyond all this our shops will be known for exhibiting the highest level of costumer service using the Zappos way of doing business. With the United States Rain Force we can put an end to out of control forest and grass fires. This is a force of 102 or more purpose built airplanes that can dump 17 tons of water every 20 seconds on or in front of the fire line in a highly synchronized multiple water drops effort. With the U.S. Rain Force on the job this water bombing effort would remain in effect till the fire is out enough for ground crews to mop up. The purpose built airplanes will be able to scoop up water from a near by ocean, lake, or river due to its ability to land and take off at 45 miles per hour. This is half the usual stall speed of other large airplane.

No longer will our country fear the out of control forest fires due to the quick response time of the U.S. Rain Force service can provide to stopping forest and grass fires. Satellites can immediately see fires starting due to lighten strikes or other causes wherein monitoring stations designed for quick responses can scramble pilots to their planes to make water drops on the fires deemed a threat. The structure of this service is to have 5 planes stationed strategically throughout the risky areas prone to forest fires in our country, mainly in the west. Once the severity is accessed more planes can be dispatched to more serious fires as needed. As a result no fire would remain out of control for more than 6 hours after it starts. No more evacuations by home owners like we see in today’s world, because a large force of rain will be on its way to stop the fire.

To build these airplanes I propose having the government ask for bids for manufacturing these planes by current industry so the best plane at the best price can be constructed in mass. I propose to have our Air Force take charge of the project using its pilots and organizational structure that is in place, to run the whole operation producing great cost savings with its over lapping missions. This project would have a one time estimated cost of 18 billion for 100 planes (175 million each) and an ongoing price that is minimal due to the already paid for Air Force running operations.

The savings to our nation or any nation that may need the U.S. Rain Force’s help can be immeasurable. For example, this force could have dumped water on Japans reactors from the beginning curbing fear and giving works needed time to do the repairs on the cooling pumps that they are just now getting to, some 40 days later. With global warming drying areas that are not use to being dry we will be seeing more and more intense wild fires that will threaten the lives of countless people and structures. We need a way to stop large forest fires dead in their tracks; we need the United States Rain Force.

Is a project to bring nationwide, 24/7 drop in day care centers (with maximum occupancy limits), to babies up to those who are not yet in kinder garden so for young parents can have the flexible live some are forced to live. The features of this new school/day care is as follows:

Each will be run at a home that has been donated with only yearly taxes and utilities to be paid as facility expenses.

Each will operate on a 24/7 basis. That is parents will be able to pick up their kids or drop them off 24/7 with reasonable warnings to do so to staff, of course.

Each will be totally wired with internet and recording cameras located everywhere on the property so parents can monitor any activity going on at their Happy Day Care Center where their child is and for documenting any problem that may arise in them.

Each will have a big old dog so the kids can play with a big fluffy 100% excepting love dog. An Irish Setter will be on our logo for these centers.

Each will meet all state and federal regulations for operations having enough beds and personnel to care for how many children are at the center at all times of the day.

Co-owners of the franchise will run each and get paid using a 50/50 split or something like that. Franchise owners will buy into the franchise and for that they will be supplied a facility and all the wiring for the internet and security. (I do not know how to structure the franchise split but have in mind something like the way McDonalds has theirs)(This is because there will always be a turn over in management). I only know pay for this service to employees and franchise owners will be better than what these people make now.

The cost to parents will be less than that of other providers currently providing this kind of care. This is due to the fact we will not have to pay for the rent of the facility.

Each Center will have a website so parents can log into and post comments on the quality of care at each center and other information.

Each Center will be a mini enlightenment center focusing on perfect child raising. This will help staff to keep a healthy focus on our day care services. And in this light, a set of classes will be developed and be available on line as we get going.

Since space will be limited in these centers and we are offering less than normal costs, and we have been given these properties, and we are a not for profit franchise organization we can not except every parent who will want to bring their child to us so we will except those with the most need first and work our way to less needy people. We are designed to help the poor most of all, it is in our mission statement.

At the head office for the Happy Day Care Centers will be an out reach program to secure properties, find those that want to run the centers, find the dogs to go to each center, and find those that will want to work at each center, young mothers I suspect.
